Tim Bell joined our team as Project Manager in the year 2000. His reputation for craftsmanship and knowledge is well deserved. Tim’s attention to detail and quality is unsurpassed in the Fond du Lac area, ensuring that every Signature Home is finished well above industry standards. He has been involved in the home building industry since 1973. Tim earned recognition by the State of Wisconsin as a journeyman carpenter after successfully completing the Apprenticeship Program.

Tim previously owned and operated a construction business for 15 years that specialized in custom homes and cabinetry. As a member of the Homebuilders Association of Fond du Lac and Dodge County, Tim served on many committees and is also a past President of the Association.

A native of Fond du Lac, Tim has three children and two grandchildren.
